Welcome to the 2009 Inter-Services Regional Gliding Championships at RAF Keevil. Bannerdown Gliding Club have provided an excellent venue for this year's comp, and I hope you enjoy all that the site and the local area have to offer.

For those who haven't flown in the South-West before, the airspace and geography will make for some interesting tasks. Bannerdown assure me that they've booked good weather for the week, so let's make the most of it. Please pay close attention to the local controlled airspace, and to the procedures which will be briefed for crossing or avoiding it. Equally, do not compromise on safety in other phases of flight; in particular please maintain your lookout and fly comp finishes responsibly.
